Data Deletion Instructions

According to the rules and regulations of various data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.), users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data.

If you wish to have your data deleted from our platform, please follow these instructions:

Option 1: Delete via Account Settings

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings or Profile page.
3. Look for the "Delete Account" or "Delete Data" option.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.
5. Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer to contact us directly:

1. Send an email to our support team at samrudhakshirsagar@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include the email address associated with your account so we can identify your data.
4. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

Important Notes

• Backup Systems: Please note that while your data will be removed from our active databases immediately, it may take up to 90 days to be completely removed from our backup systems.
• Retained Information: We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing our agreements.
